Good morning! Clemson Track & Field athletes will compete in the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships this week. Several faculty and staff reached service milestones of 10 years or more this month; A Clemson University physicist is leading a NASA-funded mission.

Clemson will send nine individuals across 10 events and three relay teams to Eugene, Oregon, to compete in the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The championships will be broadcast on ESPN/ESPN2, with the men's competition starting tomorrow and the women's on Thursday, June 11. The full event schedule is available online.
- Congratulations to University faculty and staff celebrating at least a decade of service this month. Several have reached at least 30 years of service, including:
- Thomas Dobbins, Extension, 40 years
- David Sargent, Academic Affairs, 30 years
- Debra Vassey, Academic Affairs, 30 years
- Felisa Cutliff, Finance and Operations, 30 years

Philip Roth, Trevillian Distinguished Professor in the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, recently earned national recognition for new research surrounding the effects of "post-interview ghosting" on job applications.

With the 2026 FIFA World Cup beginning this week, Clemson men's soccer alumni Oguchi Onyewu (left) and Stu Holden (right) are bound for the tournament in off-field roles. Onyewu is the Assistant Sporting Director for U.S. Soccer and Holden is a soccer analyst for FOX Sports.
