Important Information Regarding UCPath Media Library Content
|
Our team is reviewing the guidance and content in the UCPath Media Library to confirm it meets accessibility standards and remains up‑to‑date. PDFs of past Topic Based Zoom sessions that are older than 2024 will be archived, as it contains outdated information that is no longer applicable to the system today. If you need to keep any of these files, please download them to your computer before they are removed by April 2026.

Best Practices for Job Record End Date Monitoring
|
Monitoring Job Record End Dates can help prevent unintended consequences such as termination, pay discrepancies, termination of benefits, system access interruptions, or overpayments. When the "Expected Job End Date," is reached, UCPath Center will terminate all employees whose jobs have expired and when the "End Job Automatically" box is selected.
To avoid unintended impacts, it is recommended to run the following Cognos reports:

- Jobs with Approaching End Dates (R-103)
- Escalation/Reminder of Approaching Job End Dates (R-384)
|
Be sure to review records that are scheduled for automatic termination.
