This Summer, Federation’s Together & Connected newsletter will arrive every other week, alternating with Gil's It's Friday messages. In honor of Shavuot (the Feast of Weeks), Federation's office will be closed for the rest of this week. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn for all the news and highlights in between, and look for community events at jconnect.org/events.

Celebrate Shavuot with Federation and PJ Library of Greater Washington! On Shavuot, we celebrate the receiving of the Torah at Mount Sinai and the first fruits of the late spring harvest. It's a holiday about food, setting up rules to live by, and reading. Find events and resources to enhance your family's Shavuot celebration with PJ Library's Shavuot guide.
