FREE breakfast for commuter students on Wednesday, November 1st from 9-11:30am (end time may vary while supplies last). It is an excellent opportunity for off-campus students to connect over breakfast. TOCSL serves ~150 UMD students per month!

Purple Lights Night -Tonight Wednesday, Oct.25
Join the CARE Outreach Peers for Purple Lights Night from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. outside The Memorial Chapel for discussion and reflection on power imbalances in relationships. Bring your thoughts and your friends to enjoy free food, crafts, and a photo booth. Come see The Memorial Chapel lit up with purple lights! CARE to Step UP! Wednesday, Nov. 1
Come learn about bystander intervention and campus resources with CARE to Stop Violence! CARE Step UP! Educators will host several campus resources and student organizations related to power-based violence prevention and awareness. Participants can enter our raffle for cool prizes, including a Stanley 40 oz. cup and Sony wireless headphones. We will be on Hornbake Plaza from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 1.

UMD Meditation Program is FREE
Meditation invites us to slow down, breathe, and cultivate a greater awareness of how our body and mind can work together. Sessions are free, open to everyone, and offered online Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. No experience is required. We offer virtual drop-in group meditations and by-request meditation sessions for student organizations, classrooms, and more, in addition to personalized one-on-one consultations. Pre-recorded sessions ready for download.
