Celebrate Purim with PJ Library
The holiday of Purim begins at sundown Monday, March 6th. Jews will celebrate by hearing the megillah (the Book of Esther, which tells the story of Purim), dressing up, sharing gifts of food with friends (mishloach manot), giving to those in need (matanot l’evyonim), and having a festive meal (seudah). Check out PJ Library’s Purim resources for recipes, book lists, costume ideas, and more.
