Anjali Joseph, the Spartanburg Regional Health System Endowed Chair in Architecture + Health Design and director of the Center for Health Facilities Design and Testing, was named senior Researcher of the Year. Sruthi Narayanan, associate professor of plant and environmental sciences, was named junior Researcher of the Year. Awards were announced at the 2025 Clemson University Research Symposium May 7.
- Clemson's outdoor summer music series "On the Ave" returns tomorrow from 5:30-9 p.m. Co-hosted by the city of Clemson and the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts, the series will run every Tuesday through June 24.

A Clemson Commencement moment went viral over the weekend, as an embrace-turned-tackle between President Jim Clements and his graduating daughter Grace spread across the globe. “I wouldn’t change a thing," said President Clements. "It was pure joy."

- Clemson's main campus will experience a steam outage starting today and ending Wednesday, May 14, at 11:59 p.m. The outage will affect hot water and dehumidification in campus buildings.
