The South Carolina Paid Parental Leave guidelines have been updated to expand eligibility to time-limited and temporary grant positions, extend leave duration for certain employee groups, and increase covered events. The enhancements apply to qualifying events occurring on or after October 1, 2026.

Clemson’s Annual Required Training program launches tomorrow in Workday Learning. Tiger Training will no longer be used for University training. All faculty and staff are required to complete the two training modules by November 10, 2026.

Clemson University launched the Forest Products Innovation Corridor initiative September 9–11 in Greenville. The event brought together forest landowners, manufacturers, researchers, investors, policymakers and economic development leaders from across the Southeast to address declining markets for pulpwood and paper mill products.
