Good morning! Clemson partnered with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition over the weekend, showcasing the University to thousands of visitors in Charleston. The Walker Golf Course earns national recognition among collegiate courses; Congratulations to faculty and staff celebrating service milestones this month. 

• Clemson University partnered with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) in Charleston over the weekend to showcase the University's expertise in agriculture, conservation and wildlife. Learn more Clemson's presence at SEWE and how the University supports environmental work and ecological research happening across South Carolina.

• The University’s Walker Golf Course has been named the No. 2 collegiate golf course in the country by Golfers' Choice. Over the past year, the course has renovated its driving range, putting green and chipping areas — enhancing its location adjacent to the Madren Conference Center and Nieri Family Alumni and Visitors Center.

• Congratulations to our faculty and staff celebrating at least a decade of service at Clemson University in February. 

• College of Education associate professor Brandi Nicole Hinnant-Crawford was named a recipient of the 2026 AACTE Gloria J. Ladson-Billings Outstanding Book Award, which recognizes an author or book that significantly contributes to the knowledge base of educator preparation. 

• The Clemson University Institute for Engaged Aging has expanded its office at the University Center of Greenville, marking a new chapter for growth and community engagement. The space features a new phlebotomy lab, a large community area to host events and training opportunities. 

As the Spring Career Fair kicks off today, the Center for Career and Professional Development presented by Michelin also provides students in need of professional attire with the Career Closet. Introduced in 2018, Clemson’s Career Closet provides students with a full inventory of business attire they can take home upon showing an official CUID. Over the last three years, more than 1,200 students have used the space.
