Hi All, At this point until March, 4-H and Extension are still working under the current guidance of less than 10 people in inside spaces. You can find that information at https://4h.extension.wisc.edu/4-h-faqs-related-to-covid-19/
It has been great to see all of the creative ways that 4-H Clubs are connecting with members between club meetings on Zooms, group recreation and lots of snowman building! Way to go leaders and members!
We have the county 4-H project kits available monthly. The registration is due on the 15th of the month prior. So the registration for March is due on February 15. We currently have the March and April kit registrations available. It has been exciting to see over 100 people ordering kits in the Dodge-Columbia-Sauk Area. The kits are based on the curriculum available to clubs so any of the projects would be great to share at club meetings and possible to exhibit at the county fair.
All 4-H Club General Leaders should have received their club member & projects lists. If members have questions about their projects, they can contact their General Leader.
Please feel free to contact me with questions, and I look forward to a great 2021!
Marie Witzel 4-H Youth Development Educator marie.witzel@wisc.edu 920-210-3080 I am following Wisconsin Department of Health Services, UW-Madison, and federal guidelines due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. I am working remotely and am also available by phone at 920-210-3080.
