The Visit Norfolk App is now live and can be downloaded from your phone/device's app store. Visitors can now pre-plan their trips to Norfolk County by using the app. Are you part of a Norfolk County tourisim business not yet included? Shop Norfolk - NOW EASIER THAN EVER TO JOIN

We now have decidated staff to assist with the onboarding process. Call us to get help with photography, technical assistance, and uploading. There is no cost to add your business and products to the site. Now is a great opportunity to list your holiday gift ideas and bundles, with no cost to delivery to your customers.

Digital Service Squad - GRANT PROGAM ENDS SOON


USE IT OR LOSE IT; the $2500 Digital Main Street grant for small businesses will end on October 31. See a description video here. Any unused funds after October 31 MUST be returned to the government. Government Funding Opportunities 

Tourism Safe Operation Program
Applications are now open for the Southwest Ontario Tourism-Corporation (SWOTC) Safe Operation Program. Pandemic support is available for $500 or $1000. Applications are available on a first come first serve basis. Eligible receipts are required.

Ontario’s Agri-Food Businesses Productivity Support.
Applications are now open under the Canada Agricultural Partnership (CAP) program. The funding is available to Ontario food, beverage and other agri-food businesses and can be used to purchase new equipment, adopt innovative technologies, and automate processes.
Approved projects must be completed by September 30, 2022

Skill Development Fund Extended 

This fund has expanded eligibility to allow for a wider range of organizations. It has also expanded apprenticeship training and funding to cover a wider range of financial supports for trainees, including expenses for transit and childcare.

Tourism Relief Fund 

The Tourism Relief Fund (TRF) supports tourism businesses and organizations to adapt their operations to meet public health requirements while investing in products and services to facilitate their future growth.Will you be capitalizing on this opportunity? Eligible applicants must meet one of the following criteria:


  • be a key supplier or operator in the visitor experience
  • be part of a defined tourism cluster or a tourism dependent community, including supporting
    downtown cores or
  • provide an anchor product or service in a tourism destination

    For Businesses:

  •  non-repayable contributions up to $100,000 for up to 50% of eligible costs, o
  •  fully repayable contributions up to $500,000 for up to 75% of eligible cost

    For Not-for-profit organizations and Indigenousentities (not generating profits):

  • eligible for non-repayable contributions with project contribution amounts not to exceed $500,000
