Free Comm Call for Abstracts Opens Next Week
The NATA Research & Education Foundation will begin accepting abstracts for Free Communications next Monday, Oct. 15. The program is the first chance an AT often gets to present their research and clinical case studies on a topic during the NATA convention. The Free Communications program provides a forum for researchers and clinicians to disseminate research and clinical case studies. Those abstracts selected are published in a supplement of the
Journal of Athletic Training and are presented via oral or poster presentation. There will be some changes in the requirements this year, so if you are planning on applying please read the instructions carefully.

Apply to Serve on Student Leadership Committee
The NATA Student Leadership Committee is seeking applications for Districts Two, Three, Four, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine and Ten. If you're a student in one of these districts, and are interested in representing your districts and growing in the profession, apply to serve on the SLC committee. Submit Globalization Proposals to ATEJ
The
Athletic Training Education Journal is seeking proposals for a special issue focusing on the globalization of athletic training education. Manuscripts including original research, systematic reviews, commentaries, educational applications and editorials are welcome. You can find more information including the desired themes at the
