Off Campus Listing Service Now Available

We've launched! The Listing Service is now live and open to all students and property listers.

If you haven't yet visited the site, we encourage you to check it out. Individual owners (who own fewer than 10 properties) can sign up on the site. More than 10 properties? Please reach out to our account representative, Ken Jones, at kennth@offcampuspartners.com.

MARCH WALKABOUT

The Associated Student Government typically visits off-campus rentals in the Mile Square with door hangers in March, as a follow-up to the November and August Walkabouts. This year, the off-campus senators have decided to mail a postcard rather than visit each residence. Here is a digital version of the postcard:

OFF CAMPUS HOUSING SURVEY RESULTS

In May 2016, we surveyed off-campus juniors about their experiences living off-campus. We will continue to share pieces of data that we learned over the next several newsletters.

Overview: 391 respondents (16.08% response rate)

Cost of Utilities: (keep in mind - this is self-reported data from students.)

Median cost of utilities per person per month was $90. 12.89% include electric, 30.19% include cable, 31.45% include internet, 33.33% include gas, 45.28% include water.
