The Shepherding InitiativeThe Shepherding Initiative was launched to address the shortage of pastors. The initiative works to help available pastors and churches find one another, and works with churches until they are able to settle on a pastor. In the program, leader works with a leader within the church weekly to help them continue the day to day operations of the church. We provide additional resources to the church to help it continue ministering until they find a pastor. Find more information at nafwb.org/shepherding.

Experience WNAC in ColumbusJoin us at the 2026 National Convention Monday evening after the worship service, where we will get to experience a lighthearted and inspiring time of conversation with women who are committed to sharing the gospel at home and abroad. As we hear their stories and walk in their shoes, they will not only capture your hearts, but they’ll show you the heart of the Great Commission. This is a non-ticketed (and free!) event this year. While we won’t have lattes or ice cream as a snack, we hope you’ll enjoy the new format just as much. Make plans to join us…you don’t want to miss it!
