Start your day with Hatha Yoga from 11 AM–12 PM in the Student Wellness Center (Room 148). This class incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you build balance, strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation.
Return in the evening for Words for Wellbeing from 5–6 PM in Room 147. This mindfulness-based session invites you to pause and recharge through guided journaling, poetry, creative art, reflective writing, and other interactive practices. You’ll also learn about the science behind expressive writing and reflection. All skill levels are welcome.
