Health & Safety Plan:
Please review our updated Health & Safety plan located on the VFES website.

Hybrid Handbook:
The Communications Department will be sending this information out by the end of the week.

Safety Precautions:
  • Please take your student’s temperature daily and follow the safety protocols outlined in the handbook.

  • Masks- we are asking all students to arrive with their mask on and to have a back-up mask should they need to change it.

  • If your son/daughter is unable to wear a mask, please provide a doctor's note stating it is medically necessary for him/her to not use a mask. We are allowing face shields as alternatives for students who have medical needs.

Supplies Needed:
In an effort to minimize the use of communal supplies and the spread of germs, we are asking that each student arrive to school with the following:
  • Backpack (students will not have access to lockers)

  • Pencil case and personal writing supplies

  • Fidget case for sensory items

  • Reusable water bottle (Preferably a plastic bottle. The cafeteria will have water available for purchase daily). Please label the bottle with your child’s name.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
