St. Michael’s believes that important learning happens outside the classroom with purposeful exposure to a broad variety of activities and experiences. Our After-School Enrichment (ASE) program provides opportunities for students to explore a variety of interests and develop new passions.
The following after-school sports and enrichment classes will be offered this fall. We have lots of exciting offerings!
LOWER SCHOOL (Grades K-5)
Mondays, Grades 1-5
- Bricks for Kids LEGO Engineering for Grades 1-5 (3-4 p.m.)
- Lower School Intramural Soccer for Grades 3-5 (3-4:15 p.m.)
Tuesdays, Grades 3-5
- Kitchen Kids Baking Edition with Edible Education for Grades 3-5 (3-4:30 p.m.)
Wednesdays, Grades K-3
- Biking Adventures with Wee Wheel for Grades K-5 (3:15-4:15 p.m.) -- NOTE: the age range has been expanded to Grades K-5. Bikes will be provided. Participants should bring helmets.
Thursdays, Grades K-5
- Flag Football with Pro Skills for Grades K-5 (3-4 p.m.)
Fridays, Grades 3-5
- Friday Fishing at St M's Lake Winston with Virginia Outside for Grades 3-5 (3-4:30 p.m.)
- Lower School Intramural Girls' Field Hockey for Grades 3-5 (3-4:15 p.m.)
MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS (Grades 6-8)
- Co-Ed Soccer (Coaches: Wally Kern, Courtney Brooks)
- Co-Ed Cross Country (Coaches: Tywan Mathis, Allison Seay)
- Co-Ed Mountain Biking (Coach: Ben Hayward)
- Girls' Field Hockey (Coaches: Katherine Martin, Liz Rogers)
- Girls' Tennis (Coaches: Molly Dey, Kendall Consolvo)
