We’re thrilled to share an exciting change to the way we keep you informed about the latest UCPath information. Starting next month, the UCPath Biweekly Newsletter will transition to a monthly cadence. The content you’ve come to rely on (important updates, policy reminders, and useful tips) will remain the same, but you’ll now receive a concise, well‑curated edition once each month. This change means less repeated material while still delivering everything you need to stay up-to-date with UCPath.

Heads Up: Changes Coming to UCPath CORE Training Modules
|
Please note that our local UCPath CORE Training’s Position Management and Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) modules will be retired at the end of this month. Transactors currently taking or planning to take these modules in UC Learning should start and finish each module in a single session, as paused sessions may require you to restart the training once the updates are made. The new modules will meet accessibility standards and include the latest guidance from the UCPath Center, ensuring you receive up‑to‑date, compliant content.

Summer Salary DC Plan W-2 Corrections
|
UCPath Center will issue Form W-2 corrections (W-2C) for approximately 7,500 impacted employees who had mandatory Summer Salary Defined Contribution deductions in 2025. No action is required from locations or employees at this time. UCPath Center is working to change our W-2 mapping configuration and will notify impacted employees once the Form W-2c’s will be available.
