The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and the JCRC of Greater Washington are horrified by today’s brutal terror attack in Beersheba, Israel, and heartbroken by the loss of at least four innocent Israeli lives. This follows several stabbing attempts in Israel over the past few weeks. The continued incitement of violence perpetuated by Islamic extremists has no justification, and we join Israel’s Jewish and Arab political parties in their unified condemnation of the attack.
We stand with Israelis and with Israel as it continues to combat incitement and terror. We hope and pray for the full and speedy recovery of the injured, and pray for the loved ones of those senselessly murdered. May their memories be for a blessing.
