Jumpstart Your Career in Clinical Investigation |

This fall, the Clinical Research Training Center (CRTC) is launching Clinical Investigation Bootcamp, a 1-2 year program designed to cover the core competencies of clinical research and investigation! Get hands-on experience and build your expertise with this collection of 3 courses covering study design, statistical approaches, and scientific communication. Bootcamp credits can be applied toward the Clinical Investigation Graduate Certificate or Master of Science Degree.

Apply for Research Funding through the ICTS |
|
|
The Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences (ICTS) is requesting applications for their Clinical and Translational Research Funding Program (CTRFP)! This program provides ICTS members with the opportunity to apply for funds to support one-year projects focused on the translation of scientific discoveries into improvements in human health. The official request for applications will be released on the program webpage on May 19, 2025.
A Zoom session will take place on May 20th from 9am - 10am to discuss the program details. Email the ICTS to request a Zoom invitation at icts@wustl.edu.

Congratulations to KL2 alum, Anne Mobley Butler, PhD whose publication was recently featured in the IDSA Daily News Briefing. As an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases, Dr. Butler is conducting research on community-acquired pneumonia and exploring the comparative safety of different antibiotic treatments. As part of the William Schnaper TL1 Visiting Scientist Program, the WashU Medicine TL1 Training Program is excited to host the Spring 2025 TL1 Debate! This year, we’re welcoming trainees and scholars from the University of Michigan’s T32 and K12 programs.
