Q3 Parent/Teacher Conferences and Report Cards
MIDDLE SCHOOL: Middle School teachers/advisors sent out emails to MS families on Thursday, March 28 to sign up for portfolio conferences to be held on the designated conference day of Monday, April 15.
- Middle School report cards will be available online via PowerSchool on Friday, April 12.
LOWER SCHOOL: Be on the lookout for Lower School conference sign-ups that were emailed on March 28 for the April 15 conference day.
- Lower School report cards will be sent home in backpacks on Friday, April 12.

Extended Day Digital Check Out Pilot Program
St. Michael's is dedicated to enhancing safety and security on campus, and we are excited to introduce an improved checkout process for our Extended Day program. Starting April 2, 2024, we will be piloting a digital check out system in our Middle School.
Instead of the traditional method of writing down the pickup time, Middle School parents or guardians will now be required to input their child's name on a laptop in the Extended Day room. This will ensure a more efficient and accurate checkout process. Additionally, the system will also record the name of the adult checking the child out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service for your family.

Magic Dragon Day Needs
Stuffed Animals Wanted:
The much-loved Pet Palace, where students can use their Magic Dragon Day tickets to select a stuffed animal friend, returns to Magic Dragon Day this year! Please bring in your washed, gently used stuffed animals.
Collection bins will be placed in the Lower School and Middle School front offices on Tuesday, April 2, and SMPA volunteers will be at the morning carpool collecting stuffed animals on April 4 and 11, from 7:40 - 8 a.m.
Gently Worn Clothing Wanted:
The Dapper Dragon also returns to Magic Dragon Day this year. Shop this curated selection of gently worn spirit wear, cotillion dresses, and blazers. Collection bins will be placed in the Lower School and Middle School front offices on Tuesday, April 2.
