Hi Shaun!
I want to thank ALL the team members who helped mitigate the damage at McMorran from the water leaking yesterday!!!
Greg
Pete and his team
Mike and his associate
The team has a wealth of knowledge and immediately identified what needed to be done. Greg called Roter-Rooter and pushed them to get up to the house ASAP once Mike determined the UO equipment couldn't clear that second downspout.
Roter-Rooter initially said they didn't have the bandwidth to come to McMorran yesterday, and Greg got on the phone with their management and explained how urgent this was. And they showed up!
Karl and Melissa are returning home tonight after being away from McMorran a great deal these past couple of weeks. I've kept Melissa abreast of everything that has been going on with the leaking. She is very relieved the issue has been fixed.
I value my CPFM team very much. All these guys are super stars, and I hope they can be recognized for how they always show up for me and McMorran. They are THE BEST. They always get the problem solved.
Thank you again,
Amy Messner

Re: Workorder Complete Email # Work Order #: 25177657 - cost?
OMG seriously? That's what it cost? You should give yourself a raise. 😉
Thanks so much, once it hits our books, I just need to know how to categorize it. This is so helpful!
It's such a pleasure working with all you folks. This morning I put in an order for our broken paper towel dispenser, and the dude is already here fixing it. Outstanding!

UO Surplus is Moving to
547 Q Street in Springfield
|
This new retail location will enable the university to find good homes for more items, keeping furniture and other items out of the landfill and in the community.
We will retain space in the Romania warehouse for the time being, where items available only to the UO community will remain for two weeks.
For now, everything in the warehouse must go! Come by Romania for great deals on tables, chairs, filing cabinets, Varidesks, and more.
Surplus will be open in the current location (2020 Franklin Boulevard) through December 21st!
