Starboard Group, a Coral Springs, Florida-based Wendy’s franchisee owned and operated by restaurant entrepreneur Andrew Levy, has sold 14 Wendy’s restaurants in Pennsylvania (12) and New Jersey (2) to Yellow Cab Holdings Group. Andrew Levy, through various affiliated entities, continues to own and operate 100 Wendy’s restaurants in Florida, Virginia, Alabama, Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri.
