TSC Directors Attend USC Convention for Coaches and Staff Education
KANSAS CITY, MO - Members of the Tennessee Soccer Club staff traveled to Kansas City, MO last week to attend the United Soccer Coaches annual convention for meetings, coaching education, staff development, and many other opportunities to bring back to the players and coaches.
United Soccer Coaches, the largest soccer coaches organization, brings in coaches, speakers, and industry leaders from around the world to provide educational sessions and opportunities to learn and collaborate. Each year, the convention hosts sessions on a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from on-field technical and tactical sessions to off-field lectures and panels. One particular theme from this year's event was creating safe spaces and how coaches communicate and interact with players and parents.
The TSC Director staff will be sharing information and sessions with the coaching staff and our players and parents will ultimately benefit.
