Arriving to the Location & What to Expect When You Arrive
From St. Charles Avenue, you will turn onto Cowen Circle.
- If you would like to have your picture taken, then you should park either on Law Road or on the public off-campus street parking along St. Charles and walk up. We recommend DSW candidates park and walk.
- Driving through the circle is reserved for those who just want to pick up diploma tubes.
- If you are walking up, head to the front steps of Gibson Hall and wait in the designated holding area.
- If you are driving, please remain in your vehicle and follow staff directions to maintain traffic flow. Please note that Cowen Circle is one-way going counterclockwise if you are looking at the front of Gibson Hall.
- When directed, MSW & DRLA candidates will proceed to the front steps of Gibson Hall, receive their diploma tube, have their photo taken, and then proceed on foot.
- When directed, DSW candidates will proceed to the front steps of Gibson Hall, be hooded, receive their diploma tube, have their photo taken, and then proceed on foot. We will also take a brief, candid video of each hooding and email that to the graduate by Wednesday, December 22.
- Please note that masks are required per University guidelines, and guests should remain in their vehicles and outside of the staging area.
- If you have not yet indicated that you would like to participate in this event, please complete this form by 6 pm CT today.
