Embrace Your Authenticity in the Present Moment |
Self-awareness and improvement should be focused on how we mature, grow, and get more skilled at navigating life. By turning our attention to the present moment and present self, we are able to look at our habits, patterns, and behaviors more effectively and set goals that will help lead us to a fulfilling future.
As a way to practice this perspective shift of accepting who we are now, while still making room for self- development, GW faculty and staff can utilize Headspace mindfulness exercises at no cost.
