Why is UHC Calling me?
When your phone’s caller ID says “UnitedHealthcare,” it could be a nurse making sure you’re set with after-care instructions or offering you information about a program that can help you navigate through a complex diagnosis. UHC is reaching out with information and resources that could help make a difference in improving your health.
If you do miss the call or have questions about your UnitedHealthcare coverage, please call the toll-free number on your health plan ID card.

Paid Time Off Reminder
Did you know that using your paid time off doesn't need to look like a fancy getaway vacation? A staycation can be just as fun and rewarding while also being cost effective! It is also a great way to use up your remaining annual time balance prior to the closing of the fiscal year on June 30*. The Harvard Business Review found that the improved productivity seen in employees taking time away from work improves happiness, well-being, and success in the workplace. Share with us tips on how you spend your vacations or staycations by tagging us on our Benefits Twitter page!
*Please review your annual time balance in the Time Reporting System as well as the annual time carryover policy to ensure you take your well-earned time away from work.

In this webinar, Jeff Gorter, MSW, LCSW, R3 Continuum’s Vice President of Crisis Response Clinical Service, will examine the different kinds of stress, how to recognize and manage stress within yourself, and how to seek help when you need it.
