GET FIT CHALLENGE 2015 What is the GET FIT CHALLENGE 2015? A 12 week challenge for current active Stroller Strides members and pass holders to improve their food intake and increase their work out amount/intensity and start 2015 out hitting goals and making changes with group support!
When is the GFC?
The GFC registration deadline is Jan 31st. Testing and nutrition seminars are the first week of February. We have multiple testing locations and time slots. Testing times are first come first served so sign up ASAP to get the spot most convenient for you. The official GFC start date is Monday, February 9th. TIME SLOTS ARE FILLING UP! Who can participate and how much is it?
12 Week Get Fit Challenge includes- Before/After Bioimpedance testing, about 30 minutes of one on one time for each meeting with our nutritionist Sara Peternell. Testing includes body fat composition, cellular health, hydration levels, basal metabolic rates and other health information. To see seminar and testing schedule go HERE
- Two hour nutrition seminar with our nutritionist offered in three locations so attending is easier to coordinate (see below for list)
- Free consultation with our Physical Therapist partner, Dr. Kinney, that includes balance testing coordinated with class or BIA testing times
- Before/After fitness mini test administered by your Stroller Strides/GFC coaches
- An email each week with motivating nutrition and exercise tips to help participants stay on track
- A dedicated GFC coach(s) at each location to help moms take it up a notch in Stroller Strides class and hold them accountable with their goals
- A franchise wide private Facebook page just for GFC coaches and participants
- 3 thirty day challenges and support in tracking caloric intake online
- 3 fitness and/or nutrition webinars: once a month, from the comfort of your own home

- HUGE Prize packages for the franchise wide winner and winner at each location
- Winners are decided by a ranking system of percentage of improvement in each of the BIA testing components and the mini fitness test components

What is the difference between the GFC and Body Back?- Body Back is more intensive, has 2 kid free HIIT workouts per week with a specially trained instructor in a small group setting and offers meal plans and nutritional coaching in addition to one on one accountability, more comprehensive fitness testing and before/afters that include measurements, weight loss and photos
- ANY moms can join Body Back. The Get Fit Challenge is for active Stroller Strides participants only. No additional classes are offered beyond Stroller Strides for GFC participants.
