Dear Alumni and Friends,
Welcome to the latest issue of E-Viewpoints, the newsletter for the College of Health and Human Sciences. Our students, alumni, faculty, and staff continue to inspire me; I am proud to share the latest achievements of so many from our college.
Each year, we look forward to celebrating the graduation of our students and all they have accomplished during their time at Texas Tech. Our latest class of graduates made their mark, embarking on research and outreach initiatives that aimed to improve and enhance the lives of individuals and families. Several of our faculty members were recently recognized with various awards that mark their commitment to the betterment of our campus and community. We also continue to receive alumni updates and enjoy celebrating your latest career and life accomplishments.
This spring also marked an exciting time for change in our college, as the Texas Tech System Board of Regents unanimously approved our college name change to the College of Health and Human Sciences. This change will open new doors for research and education, an opportunity that we are very excited about. We look forward to celebrating this next step in our college’s history soon, and in the meantime, I invite you to reach out to me should you have any feedback or questions.
