Are You a Doer?
Participate in the Dollars for Doers program. The Goodwin University Alumni Leadership Committee recognizes your hard work and wants to reward those efforts by providing some needed assistance to your choen charity through this special program.
Carol Nelson, who is a regular volunteer worker at The Cornerstone Soup Kitchen in Vernon, talked about the ongoing support that is needed to enable the kitchen to meet the needs of the community. Our small gift has allowed the soup kitchen to purchase a much-needed commercial toaster as well as other needed appliances.
If you actively and regularly participate with a community organization on your own time, you can apply for an award of needed products, supplies or a donation up to $250.
