Iâm a sides girl for sure. I love cooking and baking for Thanksgiving. Just thinking about preparing (and eating) the stuffing, potatoes, veggie casseroles, and of course cranberry and pumpkin breads, has me counting down the days until Thanksgiving (6 days and counting). For me, the turkey is an afterthought â a little piece goes on whatever small empty spot is left on my plate!
