Hard to believe this Coquina Sands home was built in the 1950s! In our recently finished architectural renovation, we opened up and redesigned the kitchen as well as multiple interior entry ways, improving the flow of the entire home. The contemporary coastal interior design boasts new flooring, natural wood cabinetry with gold hardware and accent tile with light blue tones on the stylish new wet bar—a butler’s pantry in its previous life.
