Our students and classmates from each grade expressed thanks for people in their lives. The definition of Thanksgiving is the expression of gratitude, and the definition of gratitude is the quality of being thankful as well as having the readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. All it takes is a few seconds to show appreciation toward somebody to let the people in your life know you are thankful for them.

Playoff game: students must buy tickets |

The varsity football team begins their state playoff run this Friday! PLEASE NOTE that tickets must be purchased online in advance using this link. Tickets are not available on Ticket Spicket since it is a state playoff game. No school passes will be valid; all CAC students who attend must purchase a ticket. Tickets are $8 for students. Cash, debit or credit cards will not be accepted at the gate so please be sure to get your tickets in advance! GO MUSTANGS!

Cadence, a new senior at CAC, participated in the Thanksgiving food drive. The senior class numbers of cake mix and icing were low for a while until Cadence unloaded her box full of items.” I was able to buy between 90 to over 100 boxes of cake and icing due to the help of other seniors." Cadence made a group chat, made a fundraiser, and all seniors were able to support, and this is why she was able to buy so much. This proves that when a group of people get together, they can make a difference and do big things.
