UCSB Reads 2026, UCSB Library’s award-winning common book program, kicks off in January with five events and the opening of the UCSB Reads 20th anniversary exhibition.
This year's book selection, Crying in H Mart by musician, singer and writer Michelle Zauner, is a vibrant and sensory memoir that explores self-discovery, grief, and Korean-American culture through the celebratory lens of food and family.
