An Evening with Friends

Join us on May 19th for a one-of-a-kind evening. Enjoy cocktails, savory hors d’oeuvres, and live music while participating in a fun, engaging, and interactive “scavenger hunt” to learn how CFC and CCCS have united to provide housing, employment, and care coordination to thousands in our community. Tickets are now available!

The DeLucenay family have graciously accepted our offer to be Honorary Chair Members for this event and share their inspiring adoption journey with us!

TBI and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

This March we acknowledge Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. We focus on delivering residential, vocational, and community services that foster the inclusion and independence of people living with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

Join us in raising awareness and continuing to support these individuals within our community.

Coordinated Care and Support for Families and Individuals

Coordinated Care and

Support for Families and Individuals

We provide service coordination, care management, and Medicaid planning for adults and children facing chronic illness, physical or mental disability, or traumatic brain injury.

Our programs assure that families who have children with diagnosed disabilities, developmental delays, or substantial risk of delays receive the help they need to maximize their child's development.
Celebrating Diversity: Black History Month
Celebrating Diversity: Black History Month
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee hosted a Lunch and Learn for our employees to attend and participate in a robust discussion of the video “Can Art Amend History?” by Titus Kaphar. Watch this video and others at: https://www.ted.com/talks/titus_kaphar_can_art_amend_history.

Titus Kaphar is an artist who creates paintings and sculptures that wrestle with the struggles of the past while speaking to the diversity and advances of the present.

Thank you for taking the time to catch up with us!

Please join me in continuing to keep the people of the Ukraine in your thoughts and prayers. While we are not yet aware of any decisions made by the U.S. government regarding resettlement, we will inform you of plans our agency has for assisting in relief efforts on our website, and ways you can offer any support you feel so called.

I wish you a glorious start to spring and the Easter holiday.
