Amazing Paper Fun at the Southwest Library

Al Aki, St. Luke’s keeper of wild imagination, has opened a must-see show of his original origami designs and they are now on display at the nearby Southwest Library.

These works of colorful paper origami designs encompass the entrance to the children’s books and warmly welcome visitors there.

The exhibit will be in place until the end of the year. Adding to the fun, there is a contest and a prize to the winner who can correctly guess how many pieces of paper are in the egg-shaped origami design displayed on the far right of the aquarium.

Acupoint stimulation for headaches

Sit up in a chair. Using the thumb and first finger of your right hand squeezing and rubbing in a circular motion the fleshy area between the thumb and first finger of your left hand. Then switch hands rubbing the same area on your right hand. This is the first acupressure point.
