Carline Placards for ALL Families and Carpool Requests Needed By Noon on August 8
CARLINE PLACARDS: HOW MANY DOES YOUR FAMILY NEED?
The safety and security of all the students in our care are always a priority at St. Michael's. As part of our 2025-26 security protocols, any car picking up a student in the afternoon carline must have an official St. Michael’s placard placed on the right front passenger visor stating the student(s) last name, or in the case of an organized carpool, the carpool grouping's last names. Handmade placards are not permitted.
- Students will not be placed in a car without an official St. Michael’s placard.
- If a car is missing a placard, the car must park and report to the front office for an identification check.
- In the case of an emergency or change in the pickup person, please reach out to the School office/Division Director/teacher before 2:30 p.m.
This year, we ask that all families complete the form below as to the number of placards their family needs for parents/caregivers/grandparents/authorized drivers by NOON on Friday, August 8. As the year progresses, St. Michael's is always happy to provide extra placards as needed.
Families will receive assigned carpool loops and placards at orientation/meet your teacher day.
CARPOOL INFORMATION
Will your family be part of an organized carpool for the 2025-26 school year? If so, St. Michael's also needs you to submit your carpool information to the School via the link below by NOON on Friday, AUGUST 8, so that participating families can be assigned to the same carpool loop.
To ensure clarity and student safety, ALL FAMILIES INVOLVED IN A CARPOOL MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST.
