Clemson University is hosting a series of essential meetings, professional development sessions and student engagement activities to help faculty start the year off strong.

Research assistant professor Wade Hawkins is the “unsung hero” behind one of the University’s most impactful research centers, a three-time Clemson graduate and an enthusiastic servant of the city he has called home for more than half his life.

August 2025 is the inaugural National Emergency Management Awareness Month. At Clemson, the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) serves a number of critical functions, while focusing on its mission of fostering a secure and resilient University.
