The Office of Faculty ADVANCEment, Women's Leadership Department and the Clemson Commission on Women will host a Women's Wellness Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cooper Library. Campus Recreation Director of External Relations Kelly Bardusk will lead a conversation about creating balance through a holistic well-being lens, prioritizing wellness while managing leadership responsibilities and building Clemson to be a more-well campus community. Lunch will be provided.

The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program is hosting the first-ever Real Estate Summit in downtown Greenville at the Huguenot Loft at the Peace Center from 4-6 p.m. The summit will include a keynote presentation from economist K.C. Conway, a panel discussion of industry and government leaders about real estate trends and a networking reception.

Campus Recreation will hold its first Mindful Triathlon at the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Complex from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The triathlon begins with a mindfulness walk, followed by yoga and half hour of guided meditation. Registration is $20.
