Giving Thanks
I cannot believe we're entering the month of Thanskgiving already! September and October zipped by with ongoing Stroller Strides/Barre classes and sessions for all our programs: Body Back, Run Club, Fit4Baby, & Candlelight Yoga. 
During this upocoming "month of thanks", I want to thank you for your business and for being a part of our Fit4Mom family. Thank you for creating something so magical within our community it extends well beyond workout classes. I recently had the unique honor of being interviewed for The Gift Development's principal owner Tonya Taylor's podcast "What We're Made Of". During our conversation, I mentioned people ask, "Where did the village [of motherhood] go?". It's not forgone. It's here, within Fit4Mom, thanks to all of you. You have a choice of where you spend your time, energy, and resources. It's a privilege you choose Fit4Mom. THANK YOU!
Thank you to our dedicated team who work tirelessly to bring you quality workouts, classes, playgroups, and programs. Team, it's so much fun working with you! I'm grateful for your leadership and dedication.

Body Back is high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

Briar Chapel: Mon 5:45-6:45am/Sat 7:30-8:30am
Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro: Tu/Th 5:30-6:30am
Southern Village: Tu/Th 7:00-8:00pm

Run Club meets every Sunday at 8:00am at Wilson Park in Carrboro from 11/6/16 - 2/5/17, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day. Runs are led by FIT4MOM certified running coaches.
Help us welcome back Run Club with "Miles & Mimosas" on Sunday 11/6 at 8:00am at Wilson Park in Carrboro! Bring an easy post-run snack to share! Mimosas are on us!

Candlelight Yoga at The Parlour Chapel
Weekly evening candlelight yoga classes in a beautifully restored 200 year old chapel. Classes have been described as "magical". If you haven't tried one yet, you're in for a treat! Join us!

FIT4MOM of the Month: Meet Ann Clark
1) Hometown: Salisbury, NC
2) Kids: Thomas Paul 4, William Henry 2.5, James Godwin 8 months
3) Hobbies: A new hobby of mine is camping! Those who knew me before kids would be quite surprised by this, lol! Being the mom of 3 boys and being married to a very outdoorsy husband has changed me, for the better! I’ve rediscovered the true beauty and peace I find in nature and am thankful for my renewed passion for the great outdoors!  
4) Why I Love FIT4MOM Chapel Hill: I love Fit4Mom for a MILLION reasons! I’ve been a stay at home mama for over 4 years. They have been, without a doubt, the most AMAZING and FULFILLING 4 years of my life. However, with 3 boys ages 4 and under, they have also been challenging and super busy! BUT, when I come to class, my whole day changes!! Not only do I get in an AMAZING workout...but I also feel stronger, confident and more energized for the rest of the day! Bonus, my boys love class too! When I’m tempted to stay on the couch (because let's be honest, some mornings mamas are tired ;-) ), my oldest son Thomas says, “but mommy, let’s go to stroller class?” That's when we get up and go! I also love that my kids see me exercising and are learning healthy habits! I love to hear their sweet voices cheering me on...”come on mommy, faster!”...or “you can do it!” And let’s not forget about the STRONG mamas that I have met along the way! I didn’t think it was possible to have so many wonderful moms and awesome kids having fun together...all while getting a great workout! PINCH ME! More recently, I’ve had so much fun meeting new incredible mamas while training for races with Run Club. I also regularly attend Candlelight Yoga, which is nothing short of AAAAAMAZING!!
