Welcome Jacob Ray!
Beginning this week, we are pleased to welcome a new addition to the youth floor! Our youth ministry is very blessed to add Jacob Ray as its new Student Ministry Director. Jacob has served in youth ministry for several years now, most recently as a 5th/6th grade ministry director. Jacob’s role on our staff will include being our new worship leader, tech director and social media manager, as well as our guys director. Jacob graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies and has lived in the Nashville area for over a year. His incredible testimony, calling to ministry and pursuit of God makes him a great addition to our youth team. Please give him a Community Church welcome!
33 CCH family members participated in last week’s mission trip to Guatemala.  In that time, 3 homes were built, Bible School was taught, relationships were forged, and our hearts will never be the same!  Thank you for your prayers and support and we ask that you continue to pray for the people of Guatemala….where we left a piece of our hearts.
Transforming Truth
If we could only see behind the scenes. What looms large and overcoming in reality has been overcome. If we could only see what God has done and is doing . . .  and believe. And speak. And live. Often we judge ourselves by our intentions and everyone else by their actions. It’s possible to intend one thing while communicating something totally different. Sometimes our true motives are cleverly hidden even from us. That’s not who we were created to be.  Join the CCH family this Sunday in discovering your true and intended you. Transforming Truth ‘It’s Who We Are’ – Revelation 12.
Each Saturday night during the winter months, CCH’s Men’s Ministry provides the opportunity for Room in the Inn guests to stay overnight in our Gym.  We provide a hot meal, warm place to shower and sleep, an opportunity to do their laundry and serve them breakfast the following morning.  It takes YOU — your life group, class, family, friend group, office, etc. — to make this happen!  Please use the online sign up form to reserve your date to host!
