IVC's Celebration of Women's History Month Includes Inaugural Women's Tea |
Throughout March, IVC celebrated Women’s History Month with a series of events honoring the remarkable contributions and achievements of women. A new addition this year was the inaugural Women's Tea, held on March 28. The event featured special guest Emily Calandrelli, host and co-executive producer of "Emily's Wonder Lab" on Netflix. In addition to being a science communicator, author, and engineer, Emily was the 100th woman to fly to space. The event also celebrated the stories, poems, and thoughts shared by the women of IVC, including students, staff, faculty, and administrators.

Now Katelyn is poised to become IVC’s first-ever participant in the Disney Aspire program, which makes it possible for her as a Disney employee to transfer to California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with her tuition, fees, and books completely paid for.
