The Results Are In: 2017 Resident SurveyOn Nov. 7, survey consultant RRC & Associates presented an overview of the 2017 Resident Survey results. RRC's slide-show presentation as well as the full survey report are available at the link below. Comments from the survey will be posted at a later date.

Trash Delay Thanksgiving DayThis is a reminder from the Ken-Caryl Ranch trash service provider, Waste Connections, that Thanksgiving is an observed holiday. If your normal trash day is Thursday, your trash and recycling service will be the Friday after Thanksgiving. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday service will stay on the normal schedule.

HOA Dues Coupon Book OrdersThe Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association no longer automatically provides paper coupon books for dues payments. If you still want to receive a coupon book, you can order one for a fee of $5.00. The deadline to order a 2018 coupon book is Dec. 1. Gobble Wobble 5K Thanksgiving DayDate: Thursday, Nov. 23

Location: Dakota Lodge & Open Space Trails
Gobble and Wobble your way through the 4th annual 5k and Fun Run in the Valley. This great family run helps raise funds for Ken-Caryl Ranch environmental education programs and is an excellent way to burn some calories on Turkey Day! There is a new, family-friendly course on paved paths!

Holiday HappeningsDate: Saturday, Dec. 2
Time: 3-8 p.m.
Location: Ranch House
Celebrate the holiday season with festive fun, a hay ride and a visit from Santa Claus himself! Attendees will need a ticket for a specific time slot to see Santa. One ticket per family. Tickets for Santa are free and will be available on a first come, first served basis at the Ranch House Recreation Office on Friday, Dec. 1 from 6-7 p.m. Any remaining tickets will be available during the event at the front desk. You must be present to pick up your family’s ticket. Event is sponsored by Susan Schell with Metro Brokers, Colorado Credit Union, Hawk Construction and the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District.

The annual Christmas Tree Sale offers trees freshly cut from Ken-Caryl Ranch Open Space forest management areas. A limited number of trees will be available to Ken-Caryl residents on a first come, first served basis in exchange for donations.
