Commuter Student Group / First-Year Peer Mentor
  • Our office is hoping to start pairing upperclassmen commuter students with freshman commuters. If you would like to be a peer mentor next Fall for the incoming first-year commuter students please email mlaverty@vols.utk.edu
  • The position would be a small time commitment and would give you the opportunity to grow your leadership, professional development, and mentoring skills. Our office wants to help you as commuter students get involved on campus and have your voice heard.
Have other ideas for a commuter student group? We want to hear them! Feel free to email us with any of your suggestions.
