You're invited to our Annual The Joy of Writing Potluck and Student Reading on Tuesday, August 14, 6:00 - 7:30 PM.
This annual publication is an opportunity for adult students, who are learning how to read and write, to have their stories published in a collection of writings with their peers. This activity builds confidence in our students and allows many of them to share their stories of perseverance.
The potluck will be held at CitySpace on the Downtown Mall (100 5th Street NE). LVCA supporters, tutors, students, family, and friends are all welcome to attend. Bring a dish to share and join us in celebrating our students.
