Open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, Scholars receive living stipends, travel costs, language training, and individualized professional placement in Asia for 12 months. Luce welcomes applications from college seniors, graduate students, and young professionals from all fields, who have had limited exposure to Asia. Fund for Education Abroad Scholarship- Deadline: September 15. FEA invests in deserving U.S. undergraduates who are least likely to study abroad. Selected students receive up to $5,000 towards study abroad expenses including travel costs. FEA is currently accepting applications from students intending to study abroad during Spring 2023. Open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.

The Fulbright-MITACS Globalink for sophomores and juniors- Deadline: September 20. Intended for US Students interested in coming to Canada to undertake advanced research projects for 10 to 12 weeks (between May and August) in their area of interest. Projects will be drawn from a broad cross-section of research topics covering all academic disciplines and students will be placed with a university research project and undertake research projects under the supervision of a professor. Must be a U.S. citizen to apply. Fellows receive around $5,500 to complete their project in Summer 2023.

Rangel Graduate Fellowship- Deadline: September 22. Rangel will award 45 fellowships of up to $42,000 annually for a two-year period for tuition, room, board, books, and mandatory fees for completion of two-year master’s degrees. Upon successful completion of a two-year master’s degree program and fulfillment of fellowship and Foreign Service entry requirements, fellows commit to working as Foreign Service Officers with the U.S. Department of State, serving in at a U.S. embassy, consulate, or diplomatic mission around the globe. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher. ICYMI, watch ONIF's recent webinar.

Bridging the Dream Scholarship for Graduate Students- Deadline: October 1. TMCF and The Sallie Mae Fund are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending an accredited post-secondary graduate-level institution. Ten (10) students enrolled at least part-time in an accredited graduate-level program will be selected to receive a scholarship of up to $10,000 for the 2022-2023 academic school year.

Economist Fellowship- Deadline: August 28! The Economist is seeking a talented, enterprising, and adaptable fellow for the expanding Digital department of The Economist. This fellow will spend one year working in our New York bureau and will involve:
- working on the newsdesk and Espresso news app, as part of a global team
- tracking the workflow of stories, liaising with different departments, and publishing articles
- curating the home page and app
- pitching and writing articles, including Explainers and Daily Charts
- occasional weekend shifts
The fellow will work in the Digital team, but will be able to offer contributions to other departments, from audio to films to the weekly edition. The aim of the fellowship is to find and train future Economist journalists. Previous journalistic experience is not necessary, but candidates should have excellent writing and analytical skills.

Virgin Galactic Black Leaders in Aerospace Scholarship and Training (BLAST) Program- Deadline: August 22! BLAST provides $5,000 scholarship awards to Black/African American undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing STEM degrees with a focus on aerospace. Selected recipients will be partnered with a mentor from Virgin Galactic and have the opportunity to select a paid internship at a partner company including Virgin Galactic, Virgin Hyperloop, Virgin Orbit, AEye Inc., or Planet Labs, with additional opportunities available for graduates to be placed in entry-level positions.

OECD Internships 2022-23 in France
The Organization for Economic Cooperation in Development seeks motivated students to work on projects linked to the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General and to support the corporate functions of the Organisation. Its main goal is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in an international environment. The majority of internships are based in Paris. Candidates should be enrolled in a full-time degree programme for the duration of the internship in a field or discipline related to the work of the OECD, have an excellent command of English or French and working knowledge of/willingness to learn the other, solid quantitative and IT skills, excellent drafting and communication skills, and be capable of working in multicultural and international team environment. A contribution to living expenses of ~700 euros per full month worked will be granted to interns. Learn more.
