Application Process for Post College Graduates and/or Working Professionals

We are so excited that you are interested in joining Young Life staff. Please read the Staff Information Packet below, which contains important information and prayerfully consider where God is calling you.

We need the following from each applicant prior to the initial interview:

A one-page Personal Testimony. Please include why you feel called to Young Life staff.
Resume including education, work and ministry experience.
Field Staff Application (download, complete and save to your computer.)
Your answers to the Staff Associate questionnaire (download, complete and save to your computer.)
Two Character References from two people who have seen you serve in ministry (If applicable, this may be a current Young Life staff member).

Initial interviews will be conducted by phone.
Selected candidates will be affirmed on to the next step in the process.
