Your Biostatistician GitHub: A Step-by-Step Guide with Phuc Vu
Let’s learn about the basics of GitHub and Git. At this workshop, you will learn about the general structure of Git, how to set it up on your computer, and how to collaborate with others via GitHub. You will master the basic commands (git init, pull, push, commit, clone, ...) With GitHub, you will be able to showcase your projects to potential employers. I will talk about what kind of projects should you put up there and their common structures. Finally, if time permits, we will make a website hosted by GitHub for you.
