Happy Monday, Wolf Pack!  Here are your 5 Things to Know for this week!

1. Join UPB for a #MovieintheQuad! 
Join the University Programming Board for a viewing of The Lion King (2019) on January 7th from 7 PM - 9 PM in the Residential Quad. Bring a blanket and we'll bring the popcorn! 

2. Game Night!
Come out from 7 PM-9 PM on Wednesday to Satchmo’s Lounge for board games, video games, pool, and ping pong along with an ice cream sundae bar. For any questions, feel free to contact Daniel Harris, Coordinator for Campus Recreation and Commuter Student Engagement. 
3. New Year, New You Bingo!
The University Programming Board will be hosting bingo on January 9th from 7 PM - 9 PM in the Audubon Room. Come out for a chance to win some awesome prizes to help you kick off the new year! 

4. UPB Member Applications Now Open!
Looking for more ways to get involved on campus this semester? Join the University Programming Board! The University Programming Board, UPB, is a group of students who collectively plan campus-wide events throughout the year that are entertaining, social, educational and embody the spirit of New Orleans. If you love helping others, implementing events, and having fun while doing so, then the University Programming Board is for you! Member applications for spring 2020 are now open until January 20. Apply now on HowlConnect!


5. Sophomore & Junior Retreat:
Join Student Life and Ministry and the Career Development Center for a day-long retreat all about discovering your passions and pursuing your dreams. This retreat combines Ignatian methods of reflection and discernment with career development tools to give you the time, space, and direction to help you focus on your next steps. The retreat is January 25th, register here by January 17th. Space is limited, and the fee is $10 and includes all materials, breakfast and lunch. Contact Brent McLemore with questions or to request a fee waiver.
