Welcome      Grow       Serve      Celebrate

Christ Is Risen Indeed!

Continue the Easter Celebration Sunday, April 24th

Bring a chair, a side or dessert to share at our potluck, and join us at 10:45 on the lawn for a day of worship through Word and Song. Dress comfortably and maybe bring an umbrella for the sun; it will be warm. We will provide water. Singer, songwriter, and musician Abbye West Pates will lead us in worship and Rev. Tony Haines will share a message about God’s love as he continues to let us know about the work in Haiti through God’s Promise. God’s Promise in Haiti is our April communion offering. To date our Parkway Hills family has given $2,175.00 to support this mission.
After worship, our PHUMC kids will plant this year’s zinnia seeds and we will gather inside for a potluck meal. Parkway Hills will provide the meat, bread, and drinks.  Please bring a side and/or dessert to share. This will be a great day of worship and we hope to see you there as we continue to celebrate the Risen Christ in our midst.  Share the hope and invite a friend to join us!
Ninety candles were lit in memory and honor of our loved ones. PHUMC Volunteers Edye Hambleton, Barbara Pepper, and Rebecca Olack created the beautiful flower cross for Easter Worship Service.
