The Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District (KCRMD) Board of Directors may be conducting an election in November 2018 to seek voter approval to increase its mill levy. KC Fitness Center has a new piece of cardio equipment! The Concept2 Indoor Rower arrived and is ready to provide you with a full-body cardio workout. The rower intensity is user controlled; you can row as hard or easy as you wish. As you put more effort into the rowing, you will go faster and produce more watts. Watts is the power that you are producing when training. The more power you are producing, the harder you are working and the more calories you are burning! All of these outputs are monitored and displayed by the Performance Monitor located on the rower.
